I have a lot of photos on file of old British tugs, say up to 1960, if these are of interest here then I am happy to add some from time to time. A few may be Dutch built.
Some samples, first from the Thames, the fleet of Alexander famous for the 'Sun' tugs From Piet van Damme's database
1907: Built by "Jonker & Stans" at Hendrik Ido Ambacht (NLD) (YN 41)
1907: delivered to William H. J. Alexander at London (GBR)
1929: To William P. Alexander & George F. Alexander at London (GBR)
1931: To (Sun Tugs) "W. H. J. Alexander Ltd" at London (GBR)
1944: on UK Admiralty service at Chatham (GBR)
1946: returned to owners
1947: rolled over and sunk in Limehouse Reach whilst attending the Wilson vessel ANGELO, an engineer and a fireman lost
1961: broken up by "T.W. Ward" at Grays (GBR)

Broken up at Grays, arrived 15/5/1964

From the fleet of Tees Towing, my 'home port' in younger days, I used to walk onto the tug base when I was 13 years old!

Broke adrift and sank on 18/2/1969 while under tow from Valletta to Zueitina, Libya CAEDMON CROSS
